Our Experience

Christian Life Coaching is a natural for me because of my daily
walk with the Lord, my life, testing and trials as an overcomer
and my years of experience as a business leader, academic
educator, Christian educator, community leader and pastor.

I have twenty eight(28) years in education as an
elementary/junior high teacher, guidance counselor, supervisor
of counselors, Director of Total Quality Management in
Education.

I have worked in business and the corporate world as a Human
Resource Manager, Director of Total Quality Management,
Employee Relations Manager and Corporate Training.

My experiences also extend to state level Workforce
Investment Board and Employability Skills Training.

Presently serving as a Trustee at a Major University with
chairmanship experience.

I have been in ministry thirty(30) years and presently serving
as full time Pastor of a Spirit-Led Ministry.

All of this experience and training has culminated in my
approach to coaching.
